 Celeste Bailey

Celeste is a physician working in Northern California. She is passionate about advocacy for women’s and children’s rights and works as an obstetrician and gynecologist. 

 

Mara-Clarisa Boiangiu

Mara is a consultant for Media Voices for Children, a graduate of Arizona State University and Georgetown University. She has just finished an internship in public health in Malaysia, and will be starting medical school in Summer 2024. Her passion lies in global health equity and narrative medicine, elevating the voices of those commonly unheard.

 

Fernanda Mora Brenes

Fernanda is a consultant and international human rights lawyer with expertise in women’s and children’s rights. She previously worked with the Arias Foundation of Peace and Human Progress, and the Inter-American Court of Human Rights (IACHR) and she was the Coordinator of the Human Rights Commission of the Costa Rican International Law Association. She co-directed The Pink Bucket.

 

Morgan Keyt

Morgan majored in human rights and communications at the University of Connecticut. She developed the child rights curriculum, Childhood Unbound, with Valeria Popolizio. She is currently working for the 100 Million Campaign as Kailash Satyarthi Children's Foundation US Programs Coordinator.

 

Jonathan Lief

Jonathan has worked as a producer and writer at major networks, BRIC TV, and Brooklyn Free Speech T, including ABC, CBS, CNN & A&E. He has experience as both a program creator and supervisor and as a hands-on field producer, with nine nominations for the 2023 New York Emmy Awards. 

 

Sam Morris

Sam has worked with Media Voices for Children, and Kenyan Schoolhouse to develop their websites and social media presence. He is a musician, and an  IT Coordinator and Technology Consultant for two different school systems in Newton and Dedham, MA. As Digital Director at the Martha's Vineyard Museum, Sam built and maintained their technology infrastructure.

 

Valeria PopoliziO

Valeria majored in political science and human rights with a minor in Latinx Studies at UConn. She also has a Master's degree in Advocacy and Policy from Georgetown University. Her special interest is the education policy sector. She plans to create more equitable spaces that empower students. Together with Morgan Keyt, Valeria helped develop Childhood Unbound, a child rights curriculum for high school students. She is currently a Program Associate at the D.C. Office of the Student Advocate.

 

Michael Wooley

Michael is an artist, teacher, humanitarian, filmmaker, photographer, gardener and musician. His photographic works have been shown on television, and his films presented in public forums. Michael has worked with individuals with cognitive and physical disabilities for decades, as an employment specialist, living in residential supports, and educating others as to the value to our society of people living with these challenges.
